Renovation & Construction Worker - Immediate Start

JLM Contracting Ltd. / Winnipeg Foundation Repair and Waterproofing — Winnipeg, MB

We’re hiring one reliable, capable worker to join our team and work alongside our lead, Mike. We need someone available this week, starting with a residential roofing job, with the opportunity to become a long-term part of our growing companies.

Our work includes residential and commercial renovations, suite turnovers, foundation repair and waterproofing, and smaller repairs. Every project is different, so we’re looking for someone versatile who enjoys learning and takes pride in doing things properly.

You’ll be a good fit if you:

• Have hands-on renovation or construction experience and your own tools.
• Show up on time, communicate clearly and have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Can complete familiar tasks without constant supervision, follow direction and ask questions when needed.
• Are willing to learn new skills and pitch in wherever needed, including demolition, material handling and cleanup.
• Work safely, treat customers and their properties respectfully, and leave a tidy job site.

Roofing experience is a strong asset, and comfort working safely at heights is important for the first project.

We offer varied work, a small team where your contribution matters, and room to take on more responsibility as the companies grow.

Hourly pay based on experience and ability.

To apply: Send a brief summary of your experience, the types of work you can confidently handle, your roofing experience, what tools you own and your earliest start date.

Pay: $18.11-$31.14 per hour

Work Location: On the road
