Renovation Manager

We're looking for a Renovation Manager who enjoys seeing projects come together and knows how to keep work moving from start to finish.

Whether it's updating an apartment, improving a commercial space, or coordinating repairs across a property, you'll help make sure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and knows how to work with contractors, vendors, and property teams to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and oversee renovation and property improvement projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams throughout each project.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against deadlines.
• Review estimates, material costs, and contractor proposals.
• Monitor renovation budgets and help control project expenses.
• Conduct property walkthroughs to assess renovation needs and review completed work.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and contractor access.
• Work with property management teams to minimize disruptions to tenants.
• Identify delays or unexpected issues and help find practical solutions.
• Monitor workmanship, safety practices, and overall project quality.
• Maintain project records, invoices, schedules, and progress updates.
• Ensure required permits and inspections are coordinated when applicable.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in renovation management, construction, property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple projects.
• A good understanding of construction schedules, materials, estimates, and budgets.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and basic office software.
• Experience with residential or commercial property renovations is preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,000.00 per hour
