At OneCrew Trade Services, we’re looking for experienced plasterers and painters who take pride in their work, bring a positive attitude and want to be part of a crew that looks after each other.

Our work covers insurance repairs and government fit-outs — from repairing damaged walls and ceilings and repainting homes to delivering quality plastering and painting in government spaces. There’s variety in the work, with a focus on tidy sites, quality finishes and happy customers.

We’re hiring for both trades — apply as a plasterer or a painter.

We’re after A-grade workmanship and an attitude to match. That means:

• Strong experience in plastering or painting.
• Reliability — turning up on time, ready to get stuck in.
• Respect for customers, their properties and your teammates.
• Pride in clean, tidy work and a professional finish.
• The ability to work independently and support the crew.
• A current driver’s licence.

Attitude matters here. We want people who communicate, take ownership and want to be part of the team. Being good at your trade matters, and so does being someone your workmates can count on.
