About the Role

Are you handy around the house, great with your hands, and looking to launch a real career in real estate construction and remodeling?

HomeSlice Real Estate is looking for a motivated Renovation Technician. You don’t need decades of experience, but you must have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a basic comfort level using hand tools. You will work alongside our experienced team members, learning the ins and outs of fast-paced rental property turns and full-scale residential renovations. If you are reliable, eager to learn, and take pride in your work, we will teach you the skills you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn & Assist: Work directly with senior team members on full-scale kitchen, bathroom, and home remodels.
• Property Prep & Demo: Safely handle property demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Basic Turn Tasks: Learn and execute basic unit turnover tasks, including interior painting, caulking, changing door hardware, and installing window blinds.
• Material Management: Help load, unload, and organize materials and supplies delivered to the job sites.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience. A background in general labor, landscaping, or DIY home projects is a plus, but a willingness to learn is our #1 requirement.
• Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, drills, tape measures).
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation to get to job sites daily, and a track record of showing up on time every day.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for full shifts.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
