What they need
Who are we?
Building a better future for our Communities.
Argyle Housing is a community-managed, not-for-profit, housing organisation. Our main objective is to provide and manage secure, sustainable housing for people on low to moderate incomes who would otherwise struggle to find accommodation and for disadvantaged people who need support in order to maintain independent living. As a community housing service provider we are responsive to local needs and are committed to building sustainable communities in areas of need. Housing services include tenancy management and maintenance.
We are committed to assisting our clients and their communities to achieve a better future.
We have a portfolio of over 2,700 properties and offices in Campbelltown, Bowral, Young, Yass, Goulburn, Griffith, Wagga Wagga, Queanbeyan and Canberra.
The Rent Solutions Specialist supports Argyle Housing’s financial sustainability by monitoring and managing rent accounts, with a strong focus on early identification of arrears, accurate rent data management, and effective debt recovery processes. The role is primarily responsible for implementing payment arrangements, maintaining payment records, and supporting the resolution of rent-related issues to reduce debt and sustain tenancies.
The Rent Solutions Specialist works closely with internal teams to provide timely, accurate information and guidance that supports effective, client-centred responses to rent-related issues. While not directly responsible for facilitating client support, the role plays a critical part in ensuring payment arrangements are viable and well-documented, and in supporting the implementation of appropriate client engagement strategies.
