Responsibilities:

• Process and manage rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation
• Coordinate equipment rental scheduling, availability, and logistics
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding rental equipment and services
• Maintain accurate records of rental inventory, billing, and accounts
• Support the rental team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounts receivable functions

Requirements:

• Prior administrative or office support experience required
• Experience in trucking, equipment rental, or a related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
