SUMMARY: BPH is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Grahamstown Head Office in a dynamic dual role supporting both property management and office administration.

The successful candidate will manage Grahamstown rental properties, including tenant placements, property viewings, lease administration, tenant queries, inspections, maintenance coordination and owner reporting. You will also provide general administrative support to the Just Milk office, assist with monthly reporting and data summaries, and support the wider team where needed.

POSITION INFO: Requirements Degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field At least three years' relevant work experience Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Strong administration, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work well within a team A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and willingness to travel locally to properties as required This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and can provide professional support in a fast-paced environment.
