Job Overview
Z Capital Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Rental Agent to exclusively handle the leasing of our available residential units throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and The Bronx.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing available units, coordinating and conducting showings, communicating with prospective tenants, and assisting with the rental process from initial inquiry through lease signing.
Qualifications:
- Prior real estate rental/leasing experience preferred
- Experience working with both cash-paying tenants and rental subsidy programs is a strong plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and The Bronx
- Ability to manage multiple available units and prospective tenants simultaneously
Our main office is located in Great Neck, NY. Additional training and support will be provided.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
