Rental Cleaner

AABMR Contract Cleaner (Premium Overflow | No Laundry) — Up to $2,000/mo

Above and Beyond Mountain Rentals (AABMR) is hiring a reliable, detail-obsessed contract cleaner to support our short-term rental portfolio in the NC High Country (Beech Mountain, Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Sugar Mountain, Vilas, West Jefferson). This is a premium overflow position with consistent work, clear standards, and zero laundry responsibility (AABMR handles linens).

What this role is

You’ll primarily handle professional turnovers for 2–3 bedroom STR homes/condos, with occasional larger homes as needed. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner or small team that wants fair pay, clear expectations, and consistent assignments.

Pay (per turnover — laundry excluded)

We use a simple pay card with transparent adders so you’re never guessing or negotiating.

Base turnover pay (standard condition):

• 2BR: $100
• 3BR: $150
• 4BR: $180
• 5BR: $205
• 6BR: $255

Adders (only when applicable):

• Bathrooms over 2: +$10 each
• Half Bath over 2: $5 each
• Heavy clean (photo-backed): +$45
• Disaster clean (photo-backed): +$95+

✅ Laundry/linens are handled by AABMR. You focus on the clean. You will still make the beds and leave out towels

Monthly earnings / budget

This contract role is capped at up to $2,000/month. Most months this equals about 12–14 turnovers depending on property type and hot tub frequency. We cap assignments around $1,850–$1,900 to leave room for approved heavy cleans/adders—so you don’t get shorted and we stay consistent.

Scheduling & readiness

• Turnovers are typically between check-out and check-in
• We’ll provide schedules in advance whenever possible
• Same-day turns happen in peak season (weekends/holidays)
• You must be able to meet a consistent “ready by” deadline when assigned (we’ll confirm specifics during onboarding)

What “standard turnover” includes

• Full kitchen reset (surfaces, sink, appliances exterior, microwave, trash)
• Bathrooms sanitized and staged
• Floors vacuumed/mopped as appropriate
• Bedrooms reset/made (linens provided by AABMR)
• Living areas dusted/wiped, trash removed, staging reset
• Quick amenity reset (as applicable)

• Ability to follow a standardized checklist and staging expectations
