What started as C & B Material Handling has grown into Burwell because of the people behind it. Every employee, every connection, and every customer relationship helped shape who we are today. We’ve built our reputation by delivering reliable equipment solutions, automation systems, and industrial sales and rentals with a personal touch—and we’re proud of the team that makes it all happen.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for forward-thinking, motivated teammates who want to help build something meaningful—where your contributions count, and your voice is heard. About The Role Burwell Material Handling is hiring a Rental Coordinator. - Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with collection efforts on past-due rental invoices when needed.
- Keep internal teams updated on equipment statuses and completed tasks.
- Track and report KPIs like utilization, dormancy, and fleet rightsizing.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Experience in rental coordination or customer service is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and professional communication style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated, dependable, and works well with others.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking and lifting.
