✨ Position: Rental Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organised Rental Project Manager to oversee our rental operations and help grow our long-term property management portfolio

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage rental properties, tenants, cleaners, and day-to-day operations
• Create and manage property advertisements and source new tenants
• Prepare and coordinate tenant contracts
• Collect, organise, and submit property-related invoices weekly
• Identify and assess potential new rental properties
• Build relationships with landlords and secure new properties for long-term rental management
• Support and coordinate with the Construction Project Manager while working independently within the Rental Department
• Assist with administrative tasks and operational tracking

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Valid driving licence and own car
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Previous experience in property management, rentals, or real estate
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident dealing with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers
• Proactive, independent, and commercially minded
• Able to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of leasing practices and local property regulations
• Comfortable with fieldwork and hands-on responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• €1,300–€1,600 gross/month, depending on experience
• Performance-based commission
• Meal allowance
• Kilometre reimbursement for work-related travel
