Rental Property Manager

Due to our ever-expanding portfolio of managed properties and the restructure of the business, we are looking for a Rental Property Manager to be based in our Mildenhall office. We currently have two positions available. As a rental property manager, you will be one of a team of three, responsible for managing the majority of aspects for a group of our managed properties. The hours of work will be 9am-6pm four days a week (days to be agreed) and 2 Saturdays a month 9am-4pm.

The role will involve -

• Carrying out tenancy checks, reporting back to landlords and arranging/overseeing any required maintenance
• Arranging/overseeing repairs
• Check ins
• General office admin duties

The right candidate will preferably have experience of working within the Lettings sector (although not essential) and have a strong customer service and administration background with the ability to manage multiple tasks. This position will require the applicant to have a full driving license (use of a pool company car will be provided), be fully IT literate and possess a good telephone manner and communication skills.

Pay: £27,118.00-£29,055.00 per year
