Rental Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Rental Supervisor to staff and oversee YWCA Hanover’s room and gym rentals during evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will ensure our building remains safe, secure, and well-maintained while fostering positive relationships with clients.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve building and customer-related issues efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail to identify and address issues before they escalate

Additional Requirements

• Customer service-oriented, with the ability to handle concerns diplomatically
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Physical ability to perform light maintenance tasks and building inspections

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
