REO Coordinator

Bethesda, Maryland | Hybrid | Part-Time

Green Team is looking for a smart, organized, and highly detail-oriented REO Coordinator to help manage the daily workflow for approximately 100–200 foreclosure and bank-owned properties.

This is more than basic task entry. We need someone who notices when information has changed, catches missing documentation, asks good questions, and makes sound task-level decisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring asset-management portals and deadlines

• Entering accurate property updates

• Reviewing and uploading photographs and documents

• Tracking inspections, preservation work, and vendor activity

• Comparing new information with previous reports

• Following up on outstanding tasks

• Recognizing when something needs Pennye or Nadia’s review

The right person is:

• Exceptionally detail-oriented

• Organized and dependable

• Comfortable with technology

• Able to learn multiple systems quickly

• Confident working independently

• Willing to ask questions when something doesn’t look right

REO or real estate experience is helpful, but not required.

Schedule: Approximately 30–35 hours per week

Compensation: Approximately $20–$23 per hour

Location: Bethesda, Maryland
