Position Overview

G2 Capital Advisors is seeking a professional and service-focused Representative to support participant inquiries, account needs, and day-to-day client service activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to participant questions and service requests
• Assist with account and transaction-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate participant records and documentation
• Provide clear and professional communication
• Process requests according to company procedures
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve participant needs

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Financial services or client-service experience is a plus
