About the role

Orro Home is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repacker to join our fulfillment team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that products are accurately prepared, inspected, and repackaged to meet our high quality standards before they reach our customers. As a Repacker, you will be an essential part of our logistics and supply chain operation, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Inspecting incoming products and inventory for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Carefully unpacking and examining items to ensure they meet quality standards
• Repackaging products using appropriate materials and techniques to ensure safe transport and delivery
• Labelling and documenting repackaged items accurately with product codes and shipping information
• Organizing and sorting items by destination, product type, or other specified criteria
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Recording and reporting any damaged goods or quality issues to supervisors
• Operating packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Meeting daily targets and deadlines for repacking volumes
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment centre, or similar logistics environment
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects or packaging issues
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle items regularly throughout your shift
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet productivity targets
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Basic understanding of inventory management and labelling systems
• Willingness to follow health and safety protocols consistently
• Reliability and punctuality in attending scheduled shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
