Role Description

The Repair Manager is a full-time, onsite role based in Signal Hill, California, responsible for leading and overseeing all repair operations. This role manages day-to-day repair workflows and ensures adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and quality expectations. This position supervises the team of repair technicians, provides hands-on technical guidance when needed, and drives continuous improvement in repair processes and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise repair team and assign work orders
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage repair schedules, parts inventory, and documentation
• Mentor and train repair team members
• Analyze repair processes and implement efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years or more of supervisor experience
• Technical expertise in elevator repair
• Experience in the elevator industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Signal Hill, California
