Repair Sales Associate

Experienced Repair and Sales Person:

We are looking for self-motivated sales people with prior wireless carrier experience and who are comfortable dealing with customers and attaching warranty, insurance plan, offering accessories, add-on services and in-home technology solutions.

What you will do:

• Greet and check in customers waiting in our lobby.
• Perform basic diagnostics and functionality tests and create detailed notes when in-taking devices.
• Position and offer extended service plans, accessories, and add-on services.
• Processing and returning damaged or aged inventory.
• Assist store manager with maintaining the repair queue and making sure that repairs are being done on time and on schedule.
• Exceed store’s sales budget and expected attachment rate for extended service products and accessories.
• Oversee repair metrics like return repair rates and turnaround times.
• Maintains Cleanliness of the Store in down time.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
