Position Overview Join Bone Dry Roofing as a Repair Technician , where each technician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality roof repair solutions and exceptional customer service. This technician position is field-based, involving local travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle. The technician will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service
• Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights
• Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards
• Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of roofing or related repair experience
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season

Work Environment

• This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Driving Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
