RDI is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Repair Technician. In this role, you'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and test customer equipment while ensuring products meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
· Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment and components

· Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions

· Perform testing and quality inspections on completed products

· Reassemble products to manufacturer specifications

· Document repairs, inspections, and testing results accurately

· Work with supervisors and team members to resolve technical issues

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

· Follow all company quality and safety procedures

· Assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to use hand and power tools safely

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Dependable attendance and positive attitude

· Previous repair, manufacturing, automotive, agricultural, military maintenance, or technical experience is a plus

Requirements

· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

· Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

· Must comply with all company safety policies and procedures
