  • Serve as the primary construction contact for assigned repair projects and communicate project expectations, schedules, requirements, and construction-related issues with homeowners, contractors, vendors, and NAHFH staff

  • Identify changes in scope, construction challenges, or other issues and communicate them promptly to the Construction Manager and appropriate NAHFH staff
  • Coordinate with municipal departments and other appropriate parties regarding permits, inspections, code requirements, and construction approvals
  • Review contractor invoices and supporting documentation, verify completed work against the approved project scope, and coordinate payment in accordance with NAHFH procedures
  • Maintain construction documentation required for project monitoring, inspections, reimbursement, reporting, audits, and closeout; provide relevant documentation and updates to Family Services
  • Coordinate project completion and closeout, including final inspections, completion documentation, homeowner communication, and post-project follow-up
  • Maintain professional working relationships with homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, municipal officials, staff, project partners, and community members
  • Work with the Construction Manager and NAHFH staff to improve repair processes, construction quality, efficiency, and use of resources
  • Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by the Construction Manager or Executive Director
