What they need
Replacement care is about providing support, companionship, and meaningful engagement while ensuring the client's needs are met throughout the shift.
What we do
Support clients in the community, where appropriate and if they are able.
Support clients in their own home, for example by helping them with meals, drinks, and other daily living tasks.
Spend time socialising and communicating with clients to help reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
Take part in activities with clients, such as puzzles, word searches, games, or other activities they enjoy.
Part time / full time availability
We cover all Carmarthenshire.
