Cardijn College is seeking passionate, contemporary and committed educators to join our teaching team as Replacement Teachers - Upper Primary for the 2027 school year at Cardijn College Galilee.

Cardijn College is an R-12 co-educational Catholic school in the Marist tradition, deeply inspired by the dual charisms of College patrons Cardinal Joseph Cardijn and St Marcellin Champagnat.

Located at Christie Downs, Marcellin Campus provides a wide variety of vocational education and training opportunities for students in Years 10-12 and beyond, with industry partnerships that support successful career pathways.

Cardijn College Galilee

Located at Aldinga, Galilee Campus educates students from Reception to Year 9 expanding to Year 12 by 2030 in a learning environment where every student experiences a strong sense of belonging within a caring, inclusive and ecologically aware community.

About the Role

Replacement Teachers play a vital role in maintaining high-quality learning and wellbeing outcomes for students. Working collaboratively with colleagues, leaders and families, successful applicants will provide engaging and inclusive learning experiences that support continuity of learning throughout periods of staff leave.

We are seeking educators who:

• Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice in an upper primary setting.
• Create engaging, inclusive and challenging learning experiences.
• Build positive and productive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Effectively use assessment data and feedback to improve student outcomes.
• Support the academic, social and emotional wellbeing of students.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold:

• Current South Australian Teacher Registration.
• Accreditation (or eligibility for Accreditation) in Catholic Education South Australia.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• RRHAN-EC certification and all mandatory compliance requirements.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people.
