Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales visits to identify their window replacement needs.
• Conduct detailed consultations, including layout design, lighting considerations, and renovation planning to recommend tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate product features through live demos and explain technical specifications clearly to ensure customer understanding.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships, track leads, follow up on inquiries, and upsell additional services or products.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms effectively while maintaining a focus on high-end sales standards.
• Prepare accurate sketches using SketchUp or CAD software to assist clients with layout design and remodeling plans.
• Close sales confidently by guiding clients through the purchasing process, handling POS transactions, cash handling, and documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on remodeling or fixture sales.
• Strong technical proficiency with tools such as SketchUp, CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell and close high-value deals effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes, renovation techniques, interior design principles, and lighting design is highly desirable.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Exceptional communication skills for client relationship building and customer service excellence.
• Basic math skills for measurements, pricing calculations, and merchandising tasks.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
