Replenishment Associate

About the role:

The Replenishment Associate ensures that products are consistently stocked on shelves or designated storage locations in the warehouse or retail environment. The role supports inventory availability by executing timely stock movements from storage to picking or display areas, maintaining accurate labeling, and reporting discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Execute timely replenishment of stock from reserve to picking or sales floor locations
• Ensure accuracy of items replenished according to SKU, barcode, and bin location
• Maintain stock availability by adhering to set minimum thresholds
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles when replenishing stock
• Coordinate with inventory control and warehouse supervisors for priority items
• Scan and update stock movements using handheld devices or warehouse systems
• Identify and report stock shortages or overages to supervisors
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe
• Assist in regular stock counts or audits when required
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Educational requirements:

• High School Diploma

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail replenishment role
