About the Role

Lagardère Travel Retail Cambodia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Replenishment Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time by managing supplier orders, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining product availability, supporting business growth, and delivering a seamless shopping experience for travelers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Planning & Ordering

• Create and manage purchase orders through SAP MRP for regular business needs, promotions, and new product launches.
• Monitor order confirmations and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Adjust purchase plans based on demand fluctuations and product availability.
• Support inventory optimization while maintaining target stock levels.

Supplier Management & Coordination

• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Follow up on delayed shipments, shortages, and supply risks.
• Work closely with suppliers and the logistics team to ensure smooth product flow.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock coverage and identify potential risks of stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Analyze inventory performance and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to demand planning and promotional readiness.
• Ensure product availability while minimizing inventory costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Category, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Provide timely updates on supply status and potential risks.
• Support business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data in SAP.
• Ensure data integrity to support forecasting and replenishment activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing replenishment performance and supply chain efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in replenishment, inventory management, supply planning, procurement, or logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or Travel Retail environments is an advantage.
