Job Description: Supply Planner– East Asia Field Service (Non-Secure Power)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or related field), Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration/Management Studies.
• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Supply Planning.
• Experience in factory or functional planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Regional role experience is an advantage.

Core Competencies:

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

In-depth knowledge of Supply Planning, including:

• Stocking policies
• Safety stock calculations
• Inventory management
• Obsolescence and provisions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for planning parameter calculations.
• Technical proficiency in integrated planning systems (e.g., E2E Control Tower, SAP, oneMM, Baxter).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across 9 countries in East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain stocking policies, safety stocks, obsolescence, and provisions for East Asia Field Service (Non-Secure Power) locations.
• Ensure accurate planning parameters in Baxter and other planning tools.
• Conduct regular Min-Max reviews with regional teams.
• Manage inventory levels and drive reduction initiatives to meet targets.
• Support regional revenue achievement and manage rolling forecasts for Field Service NSP.
• Act as first-level escalation for shortage events and project requirements; collaborate with supplying plants for timely delivery.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTDS) and reduce Backlog Orders (BOL).

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 range

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
