Replenishment Planner

About the role

The Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing inventory levels across all supply chain channels. The role analyzes sales data and demand forecasts to optimize on-shelf product availability while minimizing excess, aging, and out-of-stock inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily inventory levels of assigned brands to balance allocation across all channels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Generate, process, and expedite purchase, transfer and internal orders with vendors and warehouses and collaborate with Finance on the payment process to vendors.
• Manage excess inventory, slow moving and aging inventory and coordinate proper and timely execution of actions for inventory adjustments, scrap/disposition.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and store teams to ensure timely and accurate stock transfers.
• Create reports to monitor inventory assessment, proactively quantify and communicate store inventory concerns, assist in developing and gaining alignment with internal and external stakeholders, executing a recovery plan when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives specifically relevant and executable to advancing the current results.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Math/Business/Supply Chain or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in distribution, inventory, or supply chain planning.
• Background in retail or FMCG is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Demand, Supply Planning and Logistics Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and recommend action plans.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and planning systems/tools.
