Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Repo Agent to join our dynamic team in the NIGHT SHIFT role, you will be responsible for locating, recovering, and securing vehicles that are subject to repossession. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle searches using various tracking tools and coordinate with relevant parties to locate repossession targets.
• Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed models, to recover vehicles from diverse locations such as parking lots, private properties, or accident scenes.
• Ensure proper cargo securement protocols are followed during vehicle loading and transport to prevent damage or accidents.
• Perform minor mechanical vehicle repairs and basic troubleshooting to assess vehicle condition before recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all recoveries, including detailed reports on vehicle condition, location, and recovery process.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines for vehicle loading onto tow trucks and during roadside recovery operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with vehicle owners, law enforcement, and other stakeholders during recovery processes.

Skills

• Strong automotive diagnostics knowledge for assessing vehicle issues quickly and accurately.
• Experience with commercial truck driving and operating tow trucks such as flatbeds or vehicle recovery towing units.
• Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair, minor mechanical repairs, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading procedures onto tow trucks.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
• Skilled in car towing, load & unload procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Schedule: 8PM to 6AM

Base Pay: COMMISSION ONLY - $100.00 per car

W2 pay stubs - Bi-Weekly Pay

MEDICAL DOT CARD - Required

Driver's License - Valid - Required
