Repo Agent NIGHT SHIFT

SIGN ON BONUS:

Hours: 6pm to 6am, or 8pm to 8am. REQUIRED 12 HR SHIFTS

COMMISSION - $100.00 Per Car, After 15 cars per week, Additional $25.00 per car

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Repo Agent to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for locating, recovering, and securing vehicles and assets that are under repossession orders. Your energetic approach and keen mechanical knowledge will ensure efficient retrieval while maintaining professionalism and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate various recovery vehicles, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks, to retrieve repossessed assets.
• Load and unload recovered vehicles carefully, ensuring no damage occurs during transport.
• Navigate urban and rural areas efficiently using GPS and mapping tools to locate assigned vehicles promptly.
• Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with vehicle owners or third parties during repossession activities.
• Maintain detailed records of all recoveries, including logs of vehicle location, condition, and recovery process.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during all operations.
• Working phone for using Clearplan and RDN.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
• Familiarity with flatbed trucks, tow trucks, and other recovery equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management professionally.
• Physical ability to load/unload vehicles manually or using appropriate equipment; comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
