Job Summary

The Repo Manager drives pre-owned motorcycle sales and repo operations by leading inventory management, sales strategies, and operational improvements across branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans for repo and pre-owned motorcycle operations
• Drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency for pre-owned motorcycle programs
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate synchronization of inventory systems
• Recommend strategic warehouse locations and optimize inventory distribution
• Lead digital marketing initiatives and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to increase sales and customer engagement
• Monitor inventory transfers and ensure compliance with disposal and repair programs
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess repo program implementation and address operational concerns
• Coordinate with departments to resolve pricing, inventory, and operational issues within target turnaround times
• Participate in management meetings and inter-department coordination activities
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members based on established KPIs and performance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, or any related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, inventory management, or repo operations
• Preferably with experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or related industry
• Proven experience in handling large-scale sales and inventory systems
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Acumatica, or similar platforms is an advantage

• Knowledge of motorcycle operations, maintenance, and repairs
