Report Admin - EHS

• Compile, input, and verify the accuracy of safety logs, near-miss reports, and incident data in digital EHS systems.
• Prepare routine daily, weekly, or monthly safety metrics, including observation dashboards, inspection summaries, and environmental statistics.
• Maintain up-to-date EHS files, safety manuals, risk assessments, and training records in line with company and regulatory governance.
• Assist management during internal or external regulatory audits by organizing required records and tracking corrective action statuses.
• Schedule safety committee meetings, track employee training attendance, and distribute meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, data-entry, or coordination role—ideally within a safety or regulated corporate environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel data tracking) and familiarity with EHS management software.
