Report Analyst

The Reports Analyst is responsible for preparing, validating, analyzing, and maintaining operational reports and dashboards across multiple accounts and programs. The role provides accurate and timely data insights to support business performance, client governance, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational reports.
• Maintain dashboards and scorecards covering productivity, quality, SLA/TAT, attendance, staffing, utilization, backlog, and other key metrics.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Analyze trends, risks, and performance gaps and provide actionable insights.
• Support WBR, MBR, QBR, and leadership reporting requirements.
• Standardize and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Operations and support teams for data and reporting requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of client and employee data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Reporting, MIS, Data Analytics, or Operations Analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Power BI or other dashboarding experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-validation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and support multiple accounts.

Preferred Skills

• Power Query, Power Automate, VBA/Macros, SQL, or Python.
• Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM/reporting tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for reporting, analysis, and process automation is highly preferred.
