Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize accurate BGV reports.
• Ensure employment, education, address, and criminal verification details are correctly reflected.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Follow client-specific guidelines and SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pending or incomplete verifications.
• Maintain confidentiality, quality, and compliance standards.
• Manage multiple cases and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal BGV tools for report preparation and tracking.
• Ensure timely submission of reports within defined timelines.
• Identify recurring quality issues and support process improvements.

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• BGV/report-writing experience preferred.Location: Malad, Mumbai

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
