McDonald's Greece Job Description Reporting Analyst

We're looking for a Reporting Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for data accuracy, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement. Your role

Conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing actual monthly results to forecast and budget.

Identify KPIs, monitor performance against targets, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.

Collaborate with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams to align goals.

Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Analyse costs and expenses to identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Monitor market trends and forecast potential impacts on the business.

Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.

Participate in the annual Budget process as well as in the roll-over forecasts throughout the year.

Participate in the Reporting requirements towards the Premier Capital Limited Group and McDonald's Corporation.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge of accounting principles (Greek GAAP, IFRS).

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and databases.

Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. Entersoft, Microsoft Navision).

Background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Excellent command of th Greek and English language.
