Reporting Analyst Job Description

As a Reporting Analyst, You Will:

• Generate daily, weekly, and real-time KPI reports to track business performance.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and investigate variances to support operational decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Use SQL to extract, query, validate, and analyze data for reporting purposes.
• Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel VBA, macros, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Ensure employee and operational data is accurate, complete, and up to date for assigned programs.
• Partner with operational leaders and program leadership to deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks.

As a Reporting Analyst, You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets, including formulas, data validation, and dashboard creation.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and trend-identification skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operational stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to learn new software and reporting tools quickly, including JavaScript where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when business needs require.
