Reporting Analyst (Shift Time 5PM - 2AM)

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate the monthly closing schedule for the report portfolio with business partners.

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of reports and activities in the Reporting Charging folder.
• Communicate regularly with partners to provide support and propose new reporting solutions.
• Participate in BI developments with the Technoledge team, coordinating between the business unit and the technical team.
• Implement control systems to ensure the consistency and quality of reported information.
• Develop an intermediate understanding of the principal KPIs and BWs used across the company.
• Contribute to the Reporting team by sharing best practices and fostering collaboration and synergy.
• Support the preparation and submission of scheduled reports and the creation of new reports requested by business or regional stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Professional qualification in Finance (e.g. B com, CA, CPA, etc.) or MBA or masters degree in finance / accounting or related disciplines.

• Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, controlling, or a related field.
• Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of monthly reporting cycles, report-portfolio management, information-quality controls, business KPIs, and stakeholder support.
• Decision-Making: Major decisions are taken together with the next higher hierarchical level or team lead.
• Leadership: No formal leadership experience is required.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical capability, customer focus, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, proactivity, autonomy, collaboration, and effective communication.
