Reporting & Analytics Executive

Job Summary :

• Manage reporting process of Merchandising-Plan and Markdown for all brands under several SBU in order to ensure timely submission and report accuracy

Job Description:

• Improve quantitative markdown analysis by factoring in all elements that affected the estimated margin with ±1% variance compared to its actual for several SBU
• Perform and ensure timely activation of markdown and Merchandising-Plan for several SBU
• Provide accurate weekly management report and ensure its timely submission
• UAT reviewer for varied automation report, data and tools that developed by IT upon request from user
• Act as an intermediary between IT and user to manage automation process of requested data, reports, and tools

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience from a Big 4 consulting or audit firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is highly preferred. Candidates with strong exposure to commercial finance, business analytics, or performance management engagements will be prioritized.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Experience with SAP, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools will be a strong advantage.
