Role Summary:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Compliance solutions. Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and IT stakeholders to deliver compliant financial consolidation and reporting processes.

What Youll Do:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions
• Design and configure financial consolidation processes (data collection, consolidation of investments, currency translation, intercompany elimination, consolidation monitoring)
• Configure and maintain consolidation units, groups, FS items, consolidation rules, and validation rules
• Develop and maintain data mapping and integration from SAP and non-SAP systems
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation cycles
• Manage statutory, regulatory, and management reporting requirements
• Support corporate financial close processes and reporting timelines
• Analyze business requirements and translate into SAP Group Reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve consolidation, reporting, and data quality issues
• Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user training materials, and process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Controlling, Treasury, and IT

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP Group Reporting & Compliance implementation projects in a lead role
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
• Experience in financial consolidation, corporate financial close, intercompany reconciliation, currency translation, and consolidation of investments
• Experience configuring consolidation rules and reporting structures
• Strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)
• Working knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Experience with data collection and integration from multiple source systems
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience in period-end and year-end closing activities
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• SAP S/4HANA Finance or Group Reporting certification
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or migration programs
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting integrations
• Experience working in global, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments
• CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline.
