What You Will Do:

• Prepare and consolidate actual cash flow reports and forecasts across business units and subsidiaries, including cash flow mapping, validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Support treasury liquidity planning, cash availability monitoring, and preparation of executive cash flow reports for management and CFO review.
• Prepare and maintain treasury reports, databases, and reconciliations, including cash positions, bank balances, facility utilization, and treasury transactions.
• Manage loan administration, including drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, interest payments, loan schedules, and compliance with financing agreements.
• Manage banking facilities and instruments, including Bank Guarantees, Bank References, renewals, amendments, utilization, and expiry monitoring.
• Validate and administer marketing fee calculations and payments, including data, automation outputs, and supporting reports.
• Prepare treasury journals and periodic management reports (Monthly Treasury, CSR, Buyback, MESOP, etc.) and support month-end/year-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal functions and external banking partners to ensure accurate reporting, documentation, compliance, and resolution of treasury-related matters.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, Audit, or related fields.
• Experience in handling cash flow reporting, treasury operations, banking facilities, or loan administration is preferred.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skill
• Fluent in English, both written & verbal
• Have a good knowledge in MS Office (Especially in Ms. Excel)
• Treasury Operations
• Familiar with General Ledger Reconciliation, Cash Flow Analysis & Forecasting and Financial Reporting, Financial Modeling & Analysis
• Have a good knowledge operating SAP FI
• Familiar with Loan Management
