What is the opportunity? Respond with Compassionate Action We are seeking a Reporting & Data Visualization Specialist to join our Operation Christmas Child team in Boone, NC or Charlotte, NC . Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of Reporting & Data Visualization Specialist , you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Manage the development, implementation, and advancement of data analysis software (Tableau, Tableau Prep, Knime) for the purpose of monitoring, reporting, and measuring the effectiveness of key ministry initiatives
• Communicate with OCC management to develop and manage static and dynamic data dashboards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data process, workflows, and standards
• Assist in conducting a variety of application testing
• Train staff on the utilization and interpretation of the Tableau dashboard reports and provide technical support for OCC department, events and processing season
• Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in data visualization principles and tools (Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView)
• Thorough knowledge of the ETL process
• Experience with core data management principles and practices
• Proven data and statistical analysis ability
• Ability to translate data into a visual dashboard
• Thorough knowledge of technology testing techniques and documentation process
• Proven ability to train and coach staff in business processes
• Project management experience
• Ability to communicate and present effectively
• Working knowledge of MySQL (preferred)
