Performs system analysis, configuration, and maintains systems for optimum operating efficiency. Provides technical guidance and leadership to internal staff, USC staff and clients. Serves as primary report author for the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Extensive knowledge of SQL, reporting software, computing hardware, software, network, University information and communication systems.- Knowledge of methods of system analysis for determining equipment configurations.- Knowledge of software testing and debugging.- Ability to establish working relationships with vendors, staff members and users.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
