This role is centered on work where you will prepare, validate, and distribute recurring operational reports and status summaries. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Contribute

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications in the Reporting Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Update report templates, trackers, and dashboards while preserving formulas, definitions, and formatting standards as part of the Reporting Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
• Check totals, dates, filters, missing values, and source consistency before distributing reports across marketing, research, and events in this Reporting Coordinator position.
• Investigate report discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate data or process owner for the Start Club Corp team as part of Reporting Coordinator work.
• Maintain report schedules, source notes, distribution lists, and version history while supporting marketing, research, and events in the Reporting Coordinator role at Start Club Corp.
