Reporting Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented contractor to join our operations team. This role involves handling time-sensitive daily reports, managing sensitive client information, and providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
• Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors (approximately half the workday).
• Deliver a service-first experience in all client interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in both virtual and in-person meetings.
• Participate actively in team discussions, training, and feedback sessions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) at an advanced level

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a client service or operations support role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• Professional, pleasant demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and financial professionals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
• Willingness to fully engage in team meetings, both virtual and in-person.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of 3 years of client services experience

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
