What they need
- Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely submission
- Manage consolidation of financial report
- Ensure financial reporting complies with applicable PSAK/Indonesian financial accounting standards and evaluate the reporting impact of new or revised accounting standards
- Lead and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including closing schedules, account review, reconciliation, accruals, adjustments, and reporting deadlines.
- Analyze financial results, significant movements, unusual transactions, and variances to provide clear explanations to Finance Management and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate financial data and disclosures required for annual reports, public disclosures, corporate actions, and other regulatory reporting in collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure reporting processes, closing efficiency, reporting templates, automation, data quality, and standardization.
