Reporting Manager / MIS Manager

Role Purpose:

The Reporting Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate operational data, daily MIS, KPI tracking, performance reporting, and management visibility across Eveez hubs and franchises. The role ensures that management receives timely and correct information for operational and business decisions.

1. Daily MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Track vehicle deployment, running vehicles, idle vehicles, RFD vehicles, returns and recoveries.
• Monitor rider activity and active rider numbers.
• Track daily payment collection and pending payments.
• Maintain recovery and damage-billing reports.
• Ensure all hub and franchise reports are updated correctly and on time.

2. Dashboard & Data Management

• Monitor dashboard data and identify incorrect or missing entries.
• Coordinate with Hub Teams, Operations, Tech and Accounts for data corrections.
• Verify data between different systems/reports.
• Identify mismatches in vehicle, rider, payment, recovery and deployment data.
• Maintain accurate master data and operational trackers.

3. KPI Monitoring

• Vehicle deployment
• Vehicle utilization
• Running vs. idle vehicles
• Rider onboarding
• Active riders
• Payment collection
• Recovery
• Vehicle returns
• Damage recovery
• Hub performance
• Pending operational issues

4. Performance Analysis

• Compare hub/franchise performance against targets.
• Identify locations with repeated performance gaps.
• Highlight underperforming hubs and franchises.
• Prepare management summaries and performance analysis.
• Share actionable observations with Operations Managers.

5. Coordination & Escalation

• Coordinate with Regional Operations Managers, Hub Managers and Franchise Teams.
• Follow up on pending reports and operational data.
• Escalate repeated reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure closure of identified issues within the required timeline.

6. Data Accuracy & Control

• Verify information before sharing reports with management.
• Maintain transparency in payment, recovery and expense-related reporting.
• Identify unusual or inconsistent entries for further verification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
