This organisation is looking for an experienced ASA6 Reporting Officer to join its enterprise reporting function. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming business and performance data into meaningful insights, reports and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
**Level / Classification:**ASA6 **Contract Type:**Labour Hire ***Contract Duration:***3 months   **Location:**Multiple Location Available
Indicative Rate: $75.89 – 89.29 Per Hour + Super Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to Obtain Security Clearance
• Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining strategic and business performance reporting.
• Prepare enterprise-level reports, scorecards and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse complex data to identify trends, exceptions, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations that support continuous business and performance improvement.
• Prepare clear, concise and engaging briefing papers and advice for senior audiences.
• Translate numerical and qualitative information into meaningful, actionable insights.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to understand reporting needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across reporting and business functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, systems and business practices.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and delivered to a high professional standard.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in business reporting, performance reporting, data analysis or a similar strategic reporting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and identify meaningful insights.
• Experience analysing trends, performance issues and exceptions and developing practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate and influence across different business areas.
• Ability to work strategically, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities and complex business requirements.
• A proactive approach to identifying improvements and finding practical solutions.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business reporting, information management, data analysis or a related field will be highly regarded.
