Reporting Specialist

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Reporting Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a unique programme leading the internal and external reporting function.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing collation and analysis of all data relating to KPIs and reports
• Support production of Supervision Consultant and Lead Design Consultant periodic Reports
• Review Engineer s validations of Contractor progress prior to issuing validation to PMC/Client
• Obtains other progress information as necessary from other managers and staff
• Ensure all reporting meets project requirements
• Creation of dashboards to present internally/externally
• Assist in production of progress claims
• Assist Client in preparation of supporting data relating to Contractor claims

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 10 years experience in project controls
• Expert level Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI or similar
• Prior experience in staff management
