Reporting Specialist

Position: Reporting Specialist

Compensation: $20 - 24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Reporting Specialist to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys high-volume, repetitive work with a strong focus on accuracy. In this role, you’ll support a finance team by helping compile, enter, and track data in Excel while contributing to important sustainability reporting efforts. If you’re dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable handling routine administrative tasks, this could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Compile and enter data into Excel spreadsheets
• Generate expense reports
• Track reporting data accurately and consistently
• Support finance-related administrative tasks
• Assist with sustainability data collection efforts
• Maintain organized records and spreadsheets
• Handle high-volume, repetitive work with precision

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of data entry or administrative experience
• Experience generating expense reports
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous finance or accounting support experience
• Experience with reporting or data tracking
• Background supporting sustainability-related projects
