Reports Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Reports Analyst to join our Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support sales performance, field force productivity, and business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain sales dashboards using Power BI
• Consolidate and analyze sales data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights
• Develop automated and user-friendly reports for sales and management teams
• Monitor sales performance, targets, achievement, productivity, and other key KPIs
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of sales reports and dashboards
• Translate business requirements into effective dashboard designs and reporting solutions
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Perform data validation and investigate discrepancies in sales reports
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
• Improve existing reporting processes through automation and standardization

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis
• Familiarity with Power Query and DAX is highly preferred
• Experience working with sales, commercial, or business performance data is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
